Terms of Service

This User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is a public offer and governs the terms of use of the VPN RU Telegram bot (@vpn1_ru_bot, https://t.me/vpn1_ru_bot) and associated web application https://app.vpnru.org (hereinafter the "Bot" or "Service") between the Service Administration (hereinafter the "Administration") and the user (hereinafter the "User").

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot, web app, and features pursuant to this Agreement.

1.2. By using the Bot or web app, the User confirms full and unconditional agreement with all terms herein.

1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Service Description and Functionality

2.1. The VPN RU Bot and web application provide secure encrypted networking, data connection protection, and subscription management.

2.2. Features and functionality may be modified by the Administration without prior notice.

3. Rules of Use

3.1. The User agrees to use the Service strictly for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable legislation.

3.2. Prohibited actions:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to system databases, server infrastructure, or accounts.
  • Distributing malicious software, spam, or unlawful materials.
  • Decompiling, modifying, or disrupting the Bot software or server operations.
  • Infringing upon third-party rights or laws.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate access upon violation of these terms.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. The User is entitled to a refund for the initial subscription payment by contacting support within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment.

4.2. After 7 days from the payment date, as well as for subscription renewals, no refunds are provided.

4.3. Payments for the "1 Week" plan are non-refundable.

4.4. To request a refund, contact support at @vpn_ru_support (https://t.me/vpn_ru_support) and provide your Telegram ID, payment date, and amount. Refunds are processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. The credit timeframe depends on the payment system and bank. Payments made via Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars.

4.5. Subscription auto-renewal can be disabled at any time in @Tribute (https://t.me/tribute). Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Administration is not liable for indirect damages, connection interruptions caused by third-party ISPs, or User data loss.

5.2. The User bears full responsibility for all activities performed under their account.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

6.1. The Administration maintains strict confidentiality of User account details.

6.2. For details on data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of this Agreement.

7. Term and Amendments

7.1. This Agreement takes effect upon initial use and remains valid indefinitely.

7.2. Updates take effect upon publication in the web app.
